Unlike other companies I received quotes from, Energy-Star's sales representative did not subject me to a high-pressure sales situation. Instead, they took measurements, assisted me in finding the right solution, and presented an excellent price the following day. This approach was a breath of fresh air compared to the discount tactics and marked-up prices employed by other companies.

The installation team was punctual, maintained cleanliness, and worked efficiently and thoroughly. They patiently addressed any questions I had, ensuring a smooth installation process. Post-installation, Energy-Star continued to impress by assisting me with rebate and tax return paperwork, ensuring an immediate return on investment.

The exemplary service extended beyond installation. Energy-Star performed balancing to enhance comfort, and recently, they promptly fixed a freezing condensate drain line at no additional cost, acknowledging it as a miss during the installation. This level of commitment showcases their dedication to standing by their work and going above and beyond to serve their customers. I couldn't be more satisfied with Energy-Star's service.

Energy-Star Services, Inc. installed our Ductless AC unit and we're super excited to use it. Let me first begin with the sales associate, Tom Foy, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the system he was selling us and provided us with excellent customer service beyond the installation. Artie, the Ofc Mngr, also provided excellent customer service when it came to scheduling the installation of our unit and was very friendly. The technicians, Brandon, Dave and Josh were very professional while performing the installation. They cleaned as they went along inside and outside the house and showed us how to work the units. We couldn't be more happier with the choice that we made with Energy-Star. It's hard to find great customer service regardless of the amount of money that you're spending and Energy-Star gave us just that.

Rob, Josh and Brandon were excellent. These guys came in and did a great job installing the high velocity system along with a heat pump. The system so far has been operating smoothly. I do apologize for submitting my comments so late but last year was a year to forget (due to COVID and other aspects). Regardless, I recommend energystar without reservation and the price I got for the service was competitive and fair. I believe Rob even showed me how to bleed all my house radiators to make the heating of our home more effective. Thanks again.

I am a first time home owner, and today was the first time I have experienced the need to have my heat repaired. The man that was sent, Justin, did an AMAZING job. He arrived within a reasonable amount of time, he got right to the point, and even drove out of his way to get the part needed for my repair so that he could fix it today rather than tomorrow. I also loved that he had booties to cover his shoes before he walked through the house. He was extremely considerate and sweet. I am definitely calling on this company again in the future!

I am thoroughly impressed. First, I called Energy-Star Services Inc (ESSI) to get an estimate for a new furnace and AC unit. Doug, the Home Care Advisor, scheduled to come out at my earliest convenience. He was knowledgeable, listened carefully, and was very helpful in determining what was needed. He drew up a very reasonable estimate on the spot (I had received other estimates that were much higher). And to my surprise, he said ESSI would able to do the installation the very next day.

Next, Brandon and Ryan arrived promptly the next day. They were extremely professional and very efficient (the job was finished within a few hours). They were clearly well-informed about the equipment they had installed and answered all of my questions.

Finally, everyone (the office person handling the initial scheduling and billing, Doug, Brandon, and Ryan) were very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend ESSI to anyone considering heater/AC replacements.

My husband who is a very good handyman even said that he’s never seen such detailed work. Hydronic heating system shutting down continuously. Tech from Energy Star Services came to the rescue. Russ was very very professional and gave me the best value for my money. Russ did not just go and said we had to replace any component in the boiler, he meticulously went over every electrical component until he narrow the issue to 2 possible repairs; then he picked the one he thought was the most likely cause for the boiler to shut down continuously. So far the system is working fine. Russ could have chosen the most expensive part to replace and come back to replace the other part later; he did not, RUSS is a VERY HONEST person/tech. I wish we could find more honest techs like Russell S. in the industry. I will call them again if I need any service. Great job Russ and Energy star services inc.
