Energy Star was amazing from beginning to end. They were efficient in explaining everything and my options. The install and service team were on time and clean. We are so thankful and love the ductless heat and AC. I cant recommend enough Energy Star for heat and AC and there great service. We are very happy!

Clean and efficient. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Rob and his team was installing for about a week but we never felt like we were in a construction zone and he made sure everything was how we wanted it and found creative solutions to any issues that came up.

Called them early in the morning. They came right away, was a quick fix and it was a reasonable price. They were very professional, kind and honest.
